The App is a 2D structural-analysis sketchpad intended for learning, exploration and preliminary reference only. It is not a substitute for a qualified structural engineer, accredited design software, or compliance with any building code or standard. It is currently provided in beta.
Nothing produced by the App constitutes engineering, design or professional advice. Any results — reactions, internal forces, deflections or otherwise — must be independently verified by a competent person before being relied upon for any design, construction or other real-world decision.
You are solely responsible for the models you create, the inputs you provide, the interpretation of any results, and any decision made using the App. Always apply your own engineering judgement.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Calculations may contain errors or limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and The University of Queensland shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or its results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Projects you create are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your work. Exported project files are shared only when you choose to share them.
